I have installed and uninstalled plugins and im left with a few icons i dont want in post area. Where the img link code link and php link etc is. I want to edit that area.
Can someone direct me to the location.

Compare that file to a standard version of the file and remove any un-wanted lines.
Look at around line #240 "Insert toolbar buttons."
