I am using joomla as CMS. I am following the instructions step by step. I create the folders below www (in the web host) such as indicated. My question is where I put the files that are located just below Upload folder in my installation package? Below www?

All you need to do is put the contents (files inside) of the /Upload folder into the folder you've created on your server.
