Like the title says I want to ask how to put on my web site the last post from any category of my forum.
I read on others threads but there it was explain how to put on the web site the last post from news forum.

So i don't know if you understand what exactly I want, if not please post here and put me some other questions.

Have you looked at the Site-Forum integration tutorials in the "User Submitted Tutorials" forum?
