When u started for the first time to build mybb which file did you first start to write?

And secondly when building a script how do you know when making the sqls what value a column should have(example: id NOT null etc...)?

You should generally plan out a database schema beforehand, still, even with that it's quite possible for the structure to grow organically (make sure and re-evaluate properly though, just randomly adding new tables and columns can get you in serious trouble).
