I don't know what files you have in zip archive.
But... you must to upload all content of zip archive in your forum root (via FTP).
After that, you must to login in Admin CP and activate this plugin in Plugin Manager (under Board Settings menu).
See if you have some install instruction in zip file (readme.txt or else).
