Why only when I put my domain without " www." it works? When I put " www.mydomain.net " it does not work when I put " mydomain.net" it works, why this occurs?

What do you mean? Are you saying your forum doesn't work with www.* or your website doesn't show up at all with www.*? If it's just the forum I would check your cookie settings, if it's the whole website I would check the DNS settings.

If you're on shared hosting, I think it's your host's responsibility to map "www." to your normal domain (or maybe you can do it through cPanel, IDK).
If it's your own server, you should make sure that you've set the ServerAlias directive for your virtual host in httpd.conf

Also depending on the registrar, some allow manual DNS which could be the problem. If you are using your web hosting company's DNS then it is they problem to fix (unless you have a dedicated or VPS setup).

In which section of the cPanel I look for?

"www" is actually technically speaking a subdomain that was the default hosting folder of website when the web was born (public_html is now much more common).

You should look at the no-www project: http://no-www.org/ for reasons why we should stop using www. (All my sites are class B which means www.domain.com redirects to domain.com)

Yues i know, i to never uses " www" in order to enter the Web sites, but i dont I believe that it is normal that they cannot enter site placing " www" (it appears as if the page did not exist), and I want to fix that, but i dont know how,I am very confused, some they say to me that company domain is problem and other say problem of host. what you recommend to me to do? , this can only be fixed with time? I bought domain recently and I cannot change to the DNS that can be the problem? .. thanks :\
