Banned Users Page but I receive this message:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /uploads/downloads/609 - banpage.zip on this server.
Can you tell me why I do not have permission to download this plugin ?

I had the same problem but it fixed after i loged in

I have the same problem no matter what
