This is a very simple plugin and works with no problems on default theme of MyBB.
If you use another theme, and after you activated this plugin, you don't see new 2 links between "View Today Posts" and "Private Messages", you can add manually.

In AdminCP --> Templates (click on Modify/Delete) --> Your Template (click on Expand) --> header_welcomeblock_member (edit)

Find:

{$lang->welcome_todaysposts}</a> | 

and add AFTER this lines:

<a href="search.php?action=finduser&uid={$mybb->user['uid']}">My Posts</a> | <a href="search.php?action=finduserthreads&uid={$mybb->user['uid']}">My Threads</a> | 

//editet: if you add manually, you can deactivate this plugin.

It's no bugs. This plugin work's very fine if you use default mybb template.
