I try to configurate the forum database, but i'm not sure how i can configurate. I'm work in the 000webhosting hosting, but not sure how i can configurate the database there
Add the MySQL Name, User and Password. It's pretty much the same in any host., just different panels.
Ok i do it, but my problem is when i'm going to create the tables, i'm sure that i need to create a table for users, reply and more. Or if i need to put all the thing that the forum will be have.

Probably not, since you aren't the one that creates the tables in the database. The installer does that.
You just need to create the database, but you do not need to create the tables inside as the Installer does that.
