Just went to my forums and its showing this error:

"mySQL error: 2002
Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)
Query:"

Come someone please reply with a solution asap, thankyou.

Edit: After a little while the forums started working again, any ideas why this is?

I think your hosts mysql server was down. Then it came back up again making the error stop .

Oh ok, i thought something was wrong with the config or something along those lines.

Yes the MySQL server is down. You need to contact your host and ask them to restart it if they haven't already.
