I logged in and when I click any of the theme preview pics I get an error page saying this site requires me to log in...

Where is this "theme preview" thing? Link please.

I mean the themes under the mod section of this site. For instance, I cannot view this page even when logged in...

I get a forbidden page as well. Sounds like it's a problem with this site.
