I will try to explain why I said BUG.
I tried to see a plugin which has an incorrect link.
This is no problem, because the plugin was very old.
Here is the page with broken link: http://mods.mybboard.com/view.php?did=501
After I see the link is broken, I tried to find it so, I type the name of plugin (or any text) in search box (on top of page) and I press on button "Search Forum".
This is what I receive:

I use Firefox 2.0.0.12 //Later: I tested in IE 7 and I receive yhe same error.
