hi im new here and i tried to download my bulitin board and i did (i think) but how do i do it?

You will need a host that provides PHP and MySQL on their servers. There are a number of free host such as
www.mybbhosting.com and
www.ivolvehost.com, have a look at them.
Next step is uploading the mybb package. See the link that Michael83 provided.
