If i have a copy of MyBB can i use it's scripts?

I will link scripts to forum/jscripts it will have credits etc.. can i use some of the functions on my project source?
Yes, whoever downloads it will have the copy of mybb as a forum !
EDIT:I think what i mean is that i want to fully integrate mybb into my project which means i have to
merge them which i doubt will be easy as i am still a php noob but i think i can make it in a few months
If i succeed i will have the advantage to use some similiar if not exact functions meaning forum and project work as one

MyBB is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat MyBB like any other copyrighted material.
The MyBB Group has several copyright notices and "powered by" lines embedded within the product. You must not remove, alter or hinder the visibility of any of these statements (including but not limited to the copyright notice at the top of files and the copyright/powered by lines found in publicly visible "templates").
Product Warranty and Liability for Damages
The MyBB Group expressly disclaims any warranty for MyBB. I find it ironic that you come around here calling folks thieves (in previous post threads), then in another (now deleted) post thread your asking for "cracks" or serial numbers" for software.
Of course i have a split personality one that is shy the other twisted and when u combine u get what i am
I think you can write your own code to link with mybb but you can not use the mybb code in your own work but write code to use it as long as you are still running mybb on you site (i think)
