Ok, I need a suggestion for a good host that is guranteed to run mybb for $20 or less a year. Also, if you suggest a free host, make sure it isn't www.nameofhostingcompany.yourhostingname.com type thing.

Your not going to find many quality paid hosts for $20 a year. I suggest look at freehosts.(I recommended one in that post above me)
