I am trying to use my forum, but everything I click is not working. like the admin or user CP. take a look at the site and see if you can tell me what wrong.

Looks like your board URL is wrong, it is currently "http://www.theelite4.com/", it should be "http://theelite4.com/"index". You can change it from the General Settings section here

Out of curiosity, how did you wind up with such a funky URL?
well, the server said something about for a webpage to be visible it had to be named "index so I named upload, "index
The links on the site don't work. I am really getting frustrated
LoL, remove the ", the file is just supposed to be index.php.
Oh wow, your site is really messed up. Move all of your files or re-upload MyBB to your main directory, delete that /"index/ folder. Then all will be fine.

Looks like you haven't updated your site's url in the Configuration in ACP. It's thinking your forum is at your root instead of %quotindex directory (though I highly recommend before you go any further, that you start over and place your forum in the root...or create a new directory with a more normal word like "forum").
can someone else possibly just install it for me?
You uploaded the files once, so all you have to do is upload them again to either the root directory or a better named directory. This isn't a hard thing to do.
