Is it possible for an Admin or Mod to rename threads made by other users. If yes, then how? Thank you.

Sorry! Tooo bad of me. I searched and gives the same result. Which button do we have to click and hold? And should we be in the ACP or just logged in as Admin to be able to do this.
When looking at the thread in the forumdisplay view - click and hold (left click) on the thread title and you should be able to type in the new thread name.
Alternatively, you may view the thread and click Edit --> Full Edit
