hi i have made a top banner for my forums and put the home page link inside it .

tested the banner and when i click the banner it takes me to my home page

ive gone in to my theme and added the banner and it shows on my forums

but when i go to the banner it dosnt activate the link inside and take me to my home page

can some please tell me what im doing wrong

I believe LeX- is asking you to give us the URL to your forum so maybe someone can see what it's doing.

In your header you need to change what the image links to.
Change this:

<div class="logo" style="background:#fff url('images/logobg.gif');"><left><a href="http://torrent-thunder.com/community/index.php"><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v609/yogibear/one-42-1.gif" alt="torrent-thunder.com Forums" border="0" /></a></center></div>

To this:

<div class="logo" style="background:#fff url('images/logobg.gif');"><left><a href="http://torrent-thunder.com/index.php"><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v609/yogibear/one-42-1.gif" alt="torrent-thunder.com Forums" border="0" /></a></center></div>

being totally stupid here m8

where exactly is this header

admin cp then ?

Admin CP --> Templates --> Modify/Delete --> *expand your template set* --> header I assume.
