Yes - there are settings to change the way Registration for new members is handled (Instant Registration/Email Activation).

There also is a Mod CP.

I was refering to Moderation quere.

like how when they join some site reguire Moderators to view post before viewing. same as users who fell inactive.

Does 1.4 have a mod cp?
