Not afaik. Although, you could create a custom profile field only editable by mods/admins, and add a line of code into functions_post.php, then change the templates to show it in the postbit.

Oh, I don't get what you mean lol, and its not the best if you can only get one, there msut be away to get more.
Like you get the automated one, for the ammount of posts you have and a special ranked one.
You could use a group image for the "ranked" title.

Usergroups can have a custom user title, as well as a custom group image. The group image is display below (or above) the user title.
Basically, leave the user title for the group blank. And then, for your "rank usertitle", use an image to represent the rank instead.
