and get paid via paypal?

Umm well you can either go through and ad service company like adsense(just an example they don't pay through paypal).

Or you could set up a private deal with a company your self. This one is best for smaller sites.

Then you would just add the banner code in the template where you want it .

i need the banner code?

Well if you go through a company they'll give you the code to use to add their ads.

If you do it your self it will probably be an image linked to te advertisers site.
