If I was to add a paid subscription feature to my forum, what would I be able to give them as part of it?,

I wasn't going to set one up because there isn't many features they can have. (paying for it would make us look tight)

like on vb you can set the avater size for user-groups but you cant for mybb, any features you can think of I could grant them?

The Paypal IPN Subscription plugin for mybb is available at mybb central as well. However be aware all downloads are unavailable unless you are a subscriber ($5 per year).

You could allow them to create/use their own custom title, you could increase their PM limits. If you have the Arcade installed on your forum you could let them use it at any time, having other needing to post in your forums each day before using the Arcade. You could even create a forum just for Subscribed Members. Just use your imagination for any other stuff.
