I deleted the MyBB Default Theme, and I'd like to have it back. I reuploaded all files except inc/config.php and then went through the upgrade process but it didn't change anything. Thanks.

That's because you deleted it from the database, not the file system. You need to import a fresh copy of the xml file.

The default theme is located inside the /install/resources directory. Just upload it from there will do.
You can save the hassle of installing a new MyBB copy.

Just add a new theme and you'll get the default theme.

Yup, that's what I did it worked, and now its back to normal, thanks for the replies.
