Ok, I dont know if this is deliberate but here goes:

In the testing and trashing section i went to post quickly after a previous post with the quick reply, obviously the first time it said "you have to wait blah blah blah" and ofcourse it merged it with the previous post like 1.4 should, then it let me post new posts straight after that without any time delay and i did this a few times and everytime despite being straight after the previous one it did not say the usual "pleas wait blah blah blah".

Try making like 5 quick reply posts as soon as you can one after the other.

I have tested it twice, once in this thread http://community.mybboard.net/thread-32606.html and once in another.

It's not going to work for me because staff are exempt (or at least will be) from those limitations.

I can confirm that that it did not say "You must wait x seconds before you can post again".
