Hey there quick question.

How do we warn users? Because I downloaded a button set that said warn and I haven't seen this feature in the Admin Control Panel or on the users profile. Is it a plugin?

It's a plugin for MyBB 1.2.x; it is built into MyBB 1.4.x.
