I just downloaded the Blue/Gold theme and when I looked at the readme, I found it to be garbled and barely readable. Is there a tutorial for theme installation?
Mark
Below is the readme for the BlueOrange theme.

Quote: MyBB BlueOrange Theme
---------------------

- Installation

1. Upload the contents of the 'BlueOranges' folder to a folder
inside your images folder called 'images'.

Usually you can just drag the whole folder (from a level up)
in to your images folder.

Sample Structure:
./images/BlueOrange/thead_bg.gif

2. Go to the import themes section of your copy of MyBB.
Admin CP -> Themes -> Import.

Click "Browse" in the "Import Theme From Your Computer"
section. Select the "BlueOrange.theme" file contained in
the archive.

3. Click 'Import Theme'

- License

This theme is provided "AS IS" and is for the exclusive use
with running copies of MyBB.

Unauthorised redistribution is strictly prohibbited.

This theme is licensed under the MyBB license at:

The upload part is what's confusing. Do I upload via ftp, then browse from my files, or do I just browse. Please clarify.

All you have to do is put the BlueOrange file into the images folder.
What images folder? I'd sure appreciate a complete answer.

I edit my post ^

This is so confusing. Can someone please provide a detailed step-by-step?

The image files need to be on your server, the .theme file does not need to be uploaded; you can click Browse and locate the file on your computer Smile

I am unsure how to explain how to upload images to you; I am assuming you also managed to upload the MyBB files so I don't know exactly where the confusion lies. You can use an FTP program to upload the image files, you can use whatever your host allows you to use to upload files, that's up to you. As long as you upload the images to the folder /images/BlueOrange/ on your server Smile
Please, a detailed explanation, step-by-step!

I got it, what threw me, was BlueOrange.theme, whch actually is BlueOrange.mybb . Now you see why the instructions need to be re-written for clarity.
