Full Version: two big problems with download section plugin

i found a bug and i have a question about the download section plugin
bug : when i try to type the name of file sor cats and etc the names change to ????????? (because i use persian language which is similar to arabic)
request how can i let all users to upload files in download section without needing to validate their files
i mean all users can upload files and instantly see their files in download section
