Is it possible to turn this off? Like you know how when people post, they go to a page that says you are being redirected? Is there a way to turn that redirection thing off, so when they post, they go straight back to the thread without going to the page that says they are being redirected?

You can either turn off "Friendly Redirection Pages" from the AdminCP (Board Settings -> Change -> Server and Optimization Options). Or, it can be done on a per-user basis in the UserCP (Edit Options -> Show friendly redirect pages).
