I have just got the updated version of skunk medals plugin (or whatever the name is) edited by Labrocca

getting this fixed my problem of ordinary users not being able to see the page, however now, in posts there is no box showing up around the medals with the title ' Badges '

Could someone help me please

I believe that's a modification that Firefoxwiz made...look at her forums to see what changes she committed. I am sure it's just a quick template change. Probably a <legend> tag.
