I dont get the theme layout here.

1) I want to remove the icons next to Search, Member List, Calendar and Help at the top menu.

2) In the post menu there is a Find funcion (Search posts made by this user).

Where do I remove the specific icons from the code?

You can remove the icons from the top links in the header template.

Not sure what you are getting at with your second question. Do you want to remove the search thread box?

When you are looking at this post, you see a PM button and a Find button, I want to remove the Find button/function until I have created a nicely button for it!

Expand the postbit templates and open the postbit_find template. Delete all the code. That should do the trick.
