Today when I was viewing 'who is online' in my forum, one of the Guest's location was mentioned as 'Unknown Location' and when I click on the location it took me to the following url.

http://mydomain.com/forums/misc.php?acti...ges/cs.txt?

Does anyone has any idea what he was doing there? and what will be the output of that action?

.ru is russia...

probably hacker looking for exploits or other nefarious reasons

But he was using a Canadian IP

Yeah, he was most likely using a proxy or something so that his real IP wasn't being used, so he wouldn't get caught.
