atm I'm working on a new theme called "ClearBlue". It's based on the IPB style. What do you think?

Its very nice, but considering its IPB default theme, you might get some lawsuits

I'm not sure because there are some phpBB skins like that.

But I made all by myself (graphics, etc.) and I think that I won't offer the theme for download, so there shouldn't be a problem.

Licensing is different for pretty much every forum. Last I knew, phpBB allowed people to use their images in themes providing the theme name contained phpBB. Whether this is the same for other forum systems I'm not sure. I think you're probably ok if you're using all your own images, but be careful anyway if in any doubt.

why dont you just get IPB, there you have a direct skin to IPB hahahhaaha im kiddin.

Did you remove the skin mate, cause all I an see is the MyBB default skin?
