There is a member on my forum who has a long username (multiple words), but this ruins the layout of the page.

username - "word word2 word3 word4"

How can i make it so it goes onto the next line so it doesn't disrupt the widths.

Why don't you just limit how many characters their username can be? There's no reason why someone needs such a long username.

In the postbit_author_user template, find something similar to:

<span style="whitespace: no-wrap"> ... </span>

You'll need to remove that, but leave the stuff in the middle (represented by ... )
