I dont want to alow attachements how can i disable them, completely removing the attachements section.
You can do this in the Usergroup settings
Users and Groups > Manage Groups
Select the usergroup you want to edit and set 'Can Post Attachments' to no. Repeating this for all usergroups will disable the feature for everyone.
