My theme seems to have quite a few smilies, I see them in the smilies folder of my power green theme... but no matter what I do, i just have 12 not so exciting smilies. I even downloaded a smiley pack, and they are in the correct folder, but smilies manager does not detect them.
Any suggestions?

And just thinking about it... do I need to change the permissions on them perhaps? they are currently 644 I believe.

I don't think you have to change it's chmod, but you need to try to add the directory via the smilies management

Can you access, and post the URL to an example smiley image that you just uploaded?
