i installed a shoutbox here and activated it but, i dont see it on my forum, any idea why? thanks

ya i downloaded the shoutbox unziped it to a folder on my desktop went into filezilla found the folder and uploaded the plugin.php into plugins and the rest of the stuff to the other folders
can i get some help its installed and activated its just not appearing
can someone help me with this?
