Hai, i had a doubt in order to create my own themes or modify my themes what's the knowledge i needed, html and php or enough or more so that i can learn them, please help me with it friends.

You should have at least some basic html and css knowledge

html and css, and maybe php if you will made some extra modification

Templates => Javascript / HTML
Code => PHP
