yea i forgot to put that when someone submits a site, i'll have to validate it to make sure it's using MyBB.
also, there's a bug when you log in to edit the site. when you log in, it should display a message like:
Please send all your traffic to this URL to vote for your site in the topsites:
http://www.chipmunk-scripts.com/topsites/index.php?ID=X
the X is the id of your site.
it url should be:
http://inyourface.mybbhosting.com/topsites/index.php?ID=X
im currently trying to fix it, it'll be fixed...... well.... as soon as i can haha

ok i fixed the bug and some other things. should work now.
sorry if this is bumpin or something, but i'm running the topsite for a reason. so everyone can submit their forums, and vote to be the best MyBB forum. if everyone can pls submit their MyBB forums, it'll be great. if no one submits within sunday, i'll just have to delete it. so far i have only 1 forum submited.
ok since no one submits, i believe i'll have to delete it. please post your opinions on should i delete it or not.

I would suggest a better design. Also, you must offer something unique to the visitor for them to actually submit the site, maybe some content or RSS or something.
it's just a topsite so ppl using mybb can vote for his/her forum.
