It can be caused by AJAX Quick Reply plugin, but I'm not sure. I had this error my forum and it is caused seo plugin and I realized it is about a character from my site's title...

Deactivated, and still have the problem.

Send a fresh english/global.lang.php . I'm still thinking it is caused by a plugin but I dont know which one...
