Just simply replace the existing logo.gif image with your own logo image. If your image isn't .gif format you will need to edit the 'Forum Logo' section in theme options.

Yes. In your general forum settings. There should be a url for the banner. Put your own in there.

yeah. Create or find the banner which you want to use. Then replace it with *your forum*/images/logo.gif
