When you submit a blank registration things go sideways a little.

I don't suppose image verification should be green, and referrer should probably keep the default border.

Disclosure: I'm running a modified version of member_register template where all text imput widths have been changed to 30 to accommodate my fixed width theme (will try on MyBBCF).

More strangeness on Firefox 3 and Safari (on these forums). Could just be these ones are running an older version though..

Does this happen without your template modifications?

I just checked this on Opera, that does something even more weird in that it does nothing but move my scroll bar back up to the "Username" field. IE7 does the same. Is that meant to happen?

Wow, Opera sure is slow at loading webpages when you're on dial-up. It's painful, doesn't even give you any indication that it's doing anything either.

Ok, now I could finally check. It brings up a message under the box saying "You must enter a username" but no fancy coloured borders. (That's here). Damn Opera's slow! I was only using it because checking in Firefox would mean me logging out.
