I brought this up in a different thread but felt there should be a bug report for it. I have confirmed it again today and even tried to change a few other areas in the theme, such as #container and body. No matter what I tried to add, it would ignore it if I selected "Save Changes & Close", even though I got the confirmation that my changes were made successfully. I go back in and everything is as it was. If I make the changes and then choose "Save Changes" and then exit, the changes have been made.
