after 15 hours of work within the last day i've completed this plugin

it alters how the header looks like

but be warned now this must be done on an untouched header if any other plugins using that template i will supply the code fix here thats only if they use the header template

please revert if its being used by other stuff
also note this wont go so well with themes it was designed for the default

thanks for that i've only done simple plugins thoe they only alter the templates but still does what i want the plugin to do
