OK so basically I locked myself out of certain sections of the Admin CP. Now, for some reason, I can't access the databases or the admin permissions.

I really don't want to work from my last backup as there was so much going on since then. Is there a way I can somehow edit things in my files to get into the Admin permissions and fix this?
