Hmz; mine doesn't even reach 100% =P (even after recount the postcount / rebuilding stats ...)
2 users; one has 68.42% and my other only 5.26%

Sorry haven't mentioned, above issue was occurs when single user post messages on the forum.
When more than one user then count seems goes normal.

I expect when the first case. It should only up to 100%.
