Are you trying to install MyBB? Or what software is it?
And If your trying to Install MyBB 1.2 for translating purpose online? I would prefer to install of your

IF your translating MyBB 1.2.x in Urdu> I think no need to do because I already did, posted<sent> to the translation team head, and he approved, though It will take some time to come on Translation Page {Some technical reason} So if in this case your Translating MyBB 1.2 then I think dont do...
How ever, YOu can do MyBB 1.4 <Once it comes out for public
