When editing user custom title in Admin CP. It is not decode correctly so that when using characters like > or < will displayed as &gt; and &lt;.

This is works fine on edit profile option in User CP.

This bug has been fixed in our internal code repository. Please note that the problem will not be fixed here until these forums are updated.
