Description: Allows you to send mass mails to users that is inactive on forum between the time interval specified by you.

Installation
1) Upload inc/plugins/missmail.php to your board's plugins folder (/inc/plugins/)
2) Upload admin/missmail.php to your board's admin folder (admin/)
3) Upload inc/languages/english/admin/pmadmin.lang.php to your your board's english admin language directory (inc/languages/english/admin)
4) Go to your board's Admin CP. Enter Plugin Manager and activate plugin.

Will this override the member's personal settings if they have it that they don't want to receive emails from Admin?
Yes. Actually, i will have added this option too but later i have removed it. I may add this option in future version.

option for limit the out sending emails will be great one.
as example allow us to choose to send only x mails per hour/day and put the rest of mails in waiting to be send (useual for ppl on shared hosts)
