In the Admin CP, if you have a user group that requires join requests to be moderated and there are join requests waiting to be moderated, in the options drop down, you'll have a link saying "Yes, all new join requests need to be moderated first" that should say "Join Requests" - likely because both are using the same language variable. (the string that is being displayed is used on the edit user group page)
