Umm it sounds like a hosting problem. Try another script on your host and see if that gives you problems too.
i used phpbb and it wroked but another one did work either
Please find your server error logs (sometimes in FTP or cPanel) to see what specific error caused the Internal Server Error. Ask your webhost if you don't have direct access to the logs.
Without these logs it is a bit more difficult to troubleshoot because the 500 Internal Server Error could be caused by many things.
Did you install it at the host or just take your XAMPP install and move it?
Go into the admincp immediately bypassing your front page. Normally that works. Change the settings from there.
no I used xampp to install it and then put the files on my host at 6te.net

That's not the point. The config has certain settings that are created for localhost when you use xampp instead of the url of your new host.
